You need to supply evidence by way of a declaration of trust to show that you are the beneficial owner of all the income.
If this is not in place, you both need to declare your share of the rental income based on your ownership.

A letter submitted to HMRC advising to remove previous Form 17 would suffice to advise 50/50 split.

Please refer the to BIM40500 - Specific receipts: domestic microgeneration: contents.
If it is not a home occupied by you, it may have to be declared as miscellaneous income profits.
Please refer to guidance in the first instance to determine if you qualify for an exemption for domestic properties.
