If you have not yet received a UTR following your NRL registration, you may have to do so seperately.

As you have already filed, then yes you need to send this in the post. for future years, you cannot file online if you need the residence section unless you buy 3rd party software.

Yes that is correct you will receive a Unique Tax Reference, UTR, once your self employment registration is processed.
You will also receive a notice to file your tax return. Once you receive your UTR you can then enrol to file your Self Assessment online using your online account. Once enrolled you will receive an activation code and once entered you can then file your Self Assessment tax return online.

1. As the MPF is not taxable in the UK it will be the income after this and no credit will be given for the contribution
2. Please refer to HMRC currency exchange average rates
3. If any UK tax is due on the dividends, you can claim foreign tax credit relief to offset against your UK bill - Relief for foreign tax paid (Self Assessment helpsheet HS263)
