RE: Transfer of rental income to one of 4 joint tenants owners - Declaration of Trust
Hi ,
Yes that is correct you can transfer the beneficial interests of the property by setting up a deed of trust.
A declaration of trust is a legally binding document that creates a trust.
However most types of trusts giving an interest in property to somebody who is not the legal owner now need to be registered with HMRC via the Trust Registration Service.
You can find guidance on the registration requirements and how to register here :
Register a trust as a trustee .
There’s also more information about what type of trusts need to be registered at :
TRSM23050 - Types of trust that need to be registered: contents: excluded express trusts: contents: property ownership .

RE : BIK Private Medical Insurance
Hi ,
The benefit charge is based on the cost to the employers in the tax year so if the premium changes this
you would adjust it accordingly so potentially pro-rataing.

RE : EPS due date when the employee start date falls within the previous tax month
Hi ,
A pay month runs from 06/MM to 05/MM so in your example you are correct that the start of the employee would fall with the
06/12-05/01 so if your scheme is live at this month you can either send a NIL FPS or an EPS to report no payments during that period.
You can then send your first normal FPS in the the 06/01-05/02 period.

RE : Reclaim Statutory Maternity Pay for Employee (Small Ltd Company)
Hi ,
Yes, you can submit an EPS reporting the recovery amounts for the current tax year, this will generate a credit on your PAYE account.
As you haven't done this so far, we would advise you to put the year to date recovery amount on the next EPS you send.
Here is advice on how to submit an EPS through BPT - :
Send an Employer Payment Summary using Basic PAYE Tools .
Also, if you do not have any liabilities to offset this credit in the current year, you can apply for advance funding -
you can do that here:
Get financial help with statutory pay .

RE : Taking laminate flooring from UK to Europe in car
Hi ,
You can bring some goods from abroad without having to pay UK tax or duty, if they’re either for your own use or
you want to give them as a gift.
The amount of goods you can bring is commonly known as your ‘personal allowance’.
Please see below link for more information :
