Hi B Kaps,
If the repayment has been selected for security and the timescale for the checks to be completed has passed then it would need to be a referral that is sent. I apologise for the delay in the checks being completed, but, the referral will allow the department dealing with the checks to review this for you.

You can download and print a copy of SA108 at Self Assessment tax return forms. If you are using the online tax return, when tailoring your tax return, tick yes to the capital gains question at the bottom of page 1 of 3. When you move to the section to complete your return, there will be an option for capital gains.
