My husband received a reply to his CF83 form and we believe that some periods should be class 2 instead of class 3, we sent a letter for a case worker to review this and the letter is now being showed as "in progress" . Can you please confirm if this means that somebody is "reviewing" the application and we will hear a response shortly?

I have already received confirmation of how much to pay y class y
I am now waiting for call back from DWP.
However it is not clear what people need to do once they have spoken to DWP.
y like me people are worried has they are being told to wait.
So I would be grateful if you would clarify

I requested a call back from DWP on the 27th March y I am currently waiting .
Can you please confirm if they text you before hand ?
O do they simple ring y if no answer try back 3 times

I can make at class 2 (received letter 27th March) payment date 05.04.2025
I then requested a call back, on the 27th March DWP and also sent a letter (from Spain)
I am now waiting for the call back from pensions, to confirm pension will increase etc.
Can you please confirm what I need to do after I receive the call back?
