Unfortunately Jersey is not classed as part of the UK for these purposes. Therefore you would need to appoint a different nominee who has a UK bank account. -

It depends if an amended tax code was received in time for the December 2024 payroll.
If not it will be from the January payroll onwards.

RE: Self-assessment paper form not received from HMRC (living abroad)
Hi Kasia,
I can confirm that the SA100 on GOV.UK is available to download.Although the form can be downloaded, we ask customers to call our dedicated order line on 0300 200 3610 to request a copy so we can offer them extra support to file online if they are able to.
Customers who live abroad and who want to file their tax return online can use commercial software.
The paper filing deadline is 31 October 2024. Customers who file online have until 31 January 2025.

RE: Corporate Tax Return Filing Due Date
Hi Robert
Your initial question does not make clear if the company has been trading, or if the CT return will merely be reporting NRCG (non-resident capital gains). For clarity, if it’s the latter, then the Accounting Period should only be one day, and given the rules over QIPs (Quarterly Instalment Payments) the CT due may be payable almost immediately.
