Please can you confirm the listed services and costs charged by estate agent is claimable as expenses, and can be claimed in SA tax returns, Can you provide guidance on what section (box number) on the form the cost are submitted against.
1) Advertise property on websites and other platforms
2) Finders fee for finding a new tenant and undertaking relevant background checks / obtain references etc
3) Cost of performing a property condition inventory
4) Monthly management charges in collecting the rent from tenant, and acting as point of contact for tenant to report any repairs that may require attention etc

Thank you for your question. 
This Forum is only able to provide guidance to enable you to self-serve.
All the information you have queried both this year and last (please see BLT - Property Expenses ) are readily available.
Generally speaking, you can deduct business expenses as long as they are incurred wholly and exclusively for business purposes and are not of a capital nature PIM2010 - Deductions: general rules: applying the wholly & exclusively rule - HMRC internal manual refers.  
The main types of expenses that you can claim can be found in PIM2068 - Deductions: main types of expense: contents - HMRC internal manual.

The SA105 UK property page and notes at Self Assessment: UK property (SA105) will assist in advising the correct boxes to insert your figures.
