You will need Helpsheet 286, ‘Negligible value claims and Income Tax losses on disposals of shares you have subscribed for in qualifying trading companies’,
Helpsheet 297, ‘Capital Gains Tax and Enterprise Investment Scheme’ and Helpsheet 393, ‘Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme – Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax Relief’ to help you fill in this box.

RE: Sending money from abroad to UK account
Hi Diego.
There are no income tax implications on the receipt of a cash gift unless the cash gift generates interest or dividends. These would then potentially be subject to tax.
Further guidance can be found here (Tax on savings interest and Tax on dividends).
Your bank may require evidence of the source though.

RE: Have not received UTR number and cannot Sign in the Personal tax Account
Hi Allan L,
If you have not received your UTR 4 weeks after you registered for it, there may have been an issue with your registration. Contact us by webchat or phone via Self Assessment: general enquiries to allow us to complete your registration, and advise you further on filing online.
