If you are acting as an intermediary and your business customer is based overseas then these services would normally be Outside The Scope Of UK VAT.

Hi Parul,
I am sorry for the delay you are experiencing with getting your National Insurance Number (NINO).
You will need to ring the number that you were given previously if you have already applied for a National Insurance number ie 0800 141 2079.

If your Self Assessment record was closed you would need to register again to reopen your record to allow you to submit any further tax return and Employment pages.

A DPNI would allow an individual to run payroll and pay tax and NI, A DCNI scheme would allow them to pay just NI and they would declare the tax on a Self Assessment.

If this has not been your main residence, you may be liable for Capital Gains tax as it would need to be considered as sold at market value -
