I have a problem wth being unable to compele my online submissions using the HMRC Basic PAYE Tools software because; (a) there was a flaw in the undate they released on or around 22-Mar-2025 and the fix was only released yesterday (b) one of our directors became 66 in Dec-2024 which means the NI Class changes and the software cannot handle this (c) there online services help desk is closed on the weekend including the last day of the tax year (d) there is a post in this forum that would help BUT is blocked awaiting the "HMRC moderator" What a complete mess that will lead to me needing to waste more valueable time putrting the case why we should not get a £200 fine for filing late! Please can HMRC address these issue that must impact many employers!

Brett - I have the same problem but it would be useful if you could share the solution with us. I was usable to call HMRC technical support as the Basic PAYE tool App not working following an earlier update - and the solution was only issued today! Many thanks
