I looked at that website and it says : "Who can apply You can make a claim if you are: an importer or a representative of the importer a customs agentnone of the above a freight forwarder or a fast parcel operator, acting on behalf of the importer" I am none of the above, I am a domestic consumer, does this mean I can't reclaim the tax paid ? Hi I am claiming a refund on faulty astronomy equipment purchased from Holland. The seller dosen't want to pay for the items to be returned and has asked me to dispose of them. How do I go about reclaiming VAT, the cost of the items with postage was €400. Many thanks
