I have had a similar letter, the amount was significantly less than you mentioned but it dates back to 2014! I recieved it a couple of weeks ago (2024). But it gave the same date (10.11.2024) for when a decision will ne made. And as this date has now passed I am assuming it must have been something nefarious. I too have tried many times to call the helpline but it is always busy and I cannot get through. It has made me very nervous and I feel very unsafe. Are people trying to scam me? Or trying to steal my data? It's very strange that we have the exact same date on our letters?
