Hi,
Inheritance tax is only due on UK assets. Therefore inheritance that you receive from anywhere that is not the UK is not taxable and does not need to be declared. However, you will need to declare any income that is then generated from these assets.

Yes, as this is seen as a disposal as it is not your main residence. You can claim Private Residence Relief for the period you lived in it:

Hi,
This would be seen as a further deposit and count towrds the £20,000 limit.
It is only withdrawals from flexible ISA that are then paid into the same account again that do not count as new money.
