Hi Claudiu Teau Teau
If you have a credit on the PAYE account then you can contact us at:
Employers: general enquiries and have it reallocated.
If you mean that your employer National Insurance Contributions (NIC) bill was only £2,000 and you think you have £3,000 of Employment allowance then you unfortunately don’t have £3,000 of "unclaimed" Employment allowance (EA).
The amount of EA is linked to the amount of Employer NIC bill.
Thank you.

Last year, I submitted my application for the employer allowance late , resulting in a remaining balance of £3,600. My inquiry is whether I can apply this amount to my VAT bill. Pay the VAT bill Thank you!
