HMRC changed the form for S1 without anyone being notified and now I, as a seafarer under the UK flag.I was 45 minutes today on phone to get an agent online and speak about my status for S1 when will be resolved.I have answer that my S1 will not be resolved until 09. February 2025, which means that I will at least be without health insurance in my country for about a month, so I am wondering why I am paying UK NI when you are so slow in issuing the S1 form every year. How should I during that period visit doctor (GP) when I am without health care and If I am going to the hospital or GP I will need to pay for it, who will pay me back that money? I have been paying your NI for several years and I want to have my S1 on time when I apply for it, not every year that I have problems to issue me the S1 certificate to which I am entitled!!!! Please send me the S1 certificate by January 10, 2025 because I will not have basic health insurance after that and I will be without medical care!If that happend I will contact seaman union and ask advice what to do?
