Hello!! I'm going to marry my boyfriend who lives in England and I live in Tenerife and the court asks us for a “certificado de empadronamiento” of my boyfriend and the council tax doesn't work for us here. Maybe this certifícate can prove his residente to the spanish authorities? Thanks a lot
