    I'm assuming this issue has not been resolved for many who have encountered it. Unfortunately I'm in the same situation as Claire, without backups (yes I'm that careless) and using Windows 7. I keep checking back for the promise "Fix", but either it isn't available yet or I'm looking in all the wrong places. If there is a "Fix" then maybe it would be a good idea for HMRC to post a link here and help the people who are trying to do things correctly and on time. If there isn't, then why not? Now I'm not very tech savvy, so maybe this wouldn't be possible, but wouldn't the simplest solution be to re-release the previous version for download for those who need to finish their year end, and then updates can be made once complete? Thanks
