Refund on import charges from the UK to Italy
Hello there, I live in Italy and I've recently purchased a suit from a British manufacturer named Brook Taverner. However, the suit doesn't fit and I'd like to return it. The thing is that I incurred the import charges through the courier DHL. I'd like to know if I'm eligible for a reimbursement on my initial import charges. What's more, I had also returned some jackets to the same company in the past, but I've recently found out I could be entitled to a refund on my import charges. I appreciate a response from you.
