RE: Registration HMRC
Hi,
In the first instance your company should be registered at Companies House if you are trading in the UK, and this will cut across to HMRC. If you believ you do not need to register with Companies House you should write in to
CT Services
HMRC
BX9 1AX
If you believe your company does not need to register at Companies House the company needs to demonstrate it has considered the guidance at www.gov.uk/register-as-an-overseas-company and explain why they do not need to register
And again write in with the company details .
Thank you .

Therefore no you will have no further tax obligation as the legal property owner or settlor of the trust.
However any other income generated from the property and any future capital gain may be taxable as your income/gain.

RE: Assistance Needed: Missing PAYE Reference and Accounts Office Reference
Hi,
We are currently experiencing problems registering new employers and it may take us longer to set up your record and issue your PAYE and Accounts Office references.
You can continue to pay your employees and keep payroll records, submitting your returns once we have set up your record.
When submitting the payroll submissions you can declare a reasonable excuse as to why your submission is late.
