My Fiancee is moving to the UK from Germany. She has filled in a TOR form which has been approved. Her parents will be driving over in their van and getting the ferry to move her things a few weeks before she arrives. Does she need a import declaration form as well as the TOR? In which case how do we populate it? Since the TOR is exempting us from tax, there are no duties to be paid.
