I am on a Tier 2 skilled work visa and have worked for multiple teaching institutions. My extra income which is not through the PAYE system for the year is 2750 pounds. My accountant is saying that this can only be declared as self employment but I was not self employed. I was working part time for two companies excluding PAYE. My visa does not allow self employment. What should I do in this situation?
