How do I add my Spanish National Insurance Contributions to my UK pension?

I currently have 4 years of contributions on my UK National Insurance record, but I worked and contributed in Spain for over 20 years, 1988-2010. Can I use those contributions to top up my UK pension? (due 7 June 2032)
