Hi, I am director of online fitness limited company through which I provide online services to clients in UK and some non UK countries(Dubai, Canada and USA). When calculating VAT threshold does my revenue from only UK Customers will add up to threshold? Does my non UK revenue fall out of scope of VAT? I don't sell any physical products. Its all online fitness plans and other coaching services. While reading online about this I am not getting any clear answers.

Hi,
If you are providing digital services to UK customers then this would be a taxable supply and would go towards your turnover for VAT Registration purposes.
If you are providing these services to customers overseas then these should be Outside The Scope of VAT and would not go towards your taxable turnover.
Please see below:
VAT rules for supplies of digital services to consumers
Thank you.
