Hi, I am running a home kitchen selling bakeries using a registered company under the category of 56103 Take-away food shops and mobile food stands. I made less than 90k a year and expect to do so in the coming year. Do I need to register and pay VAT?

Hi.
You are only required to register for VAT if breach the current threshold of £90k in a rolling 12 month period.
Please see below:
3.1 When you have to register for VAT 3. Working out whether you need to register 3.1 When you have to register for VAT
Thank you.

Not HMRC...its not what you "make" i.e. profit, its what you take in income (turnover)
