eVisa & Immigration status enquiry

Hello, Could someone kindly confirm what is the procedure with the new eVisas coming into force and how it may affect me if I'm in UK as an EU citizen with settled status? I have tried to find further information and it appears I may need to complete a no time limit (NTL), although not sure if this is necesarry, as I can prove my immigration status via the settled status information (https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status). Please also confirm if the same applies for individuals with pre-settled status or different conditions are in place. Many thanks
