Hi team, I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding whether the following employment-related entitlements fall within the scope of the No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) condition tied to my immigration status: - Statutory Redundancy Pay - Protective Award Claims (arising from failures to consult during redundancies) As a holder of a British National (Overseas) Visa with the NRPF condition, I would like to confirm: 1. Whether claiming these entitlements would conflict with NRPF restrictions. 2. If these payments are classified as public funds under immigration regulations. Thank you. Kind regards, Ron
