My wife and I have a small property in Spain we have had this for many years. Our Spanish bank Sabadell has requested a proof of our U.K. residency, where do wwe get this .?

Please submit a request for a letter of confirmation of residence at :

 How to apply for a certificate of residence to claim tax relief abroad . 

Please not that you cannot use a future date on the form .
