Our son is severely disabled due to clinical negligence, he successfully sued for compensation and now owns his adapted house in which we all live. Can he gift a part of this house to either his parents or his brothers? He cannot live in the property without us due to his condition and he can only access part of the property (he has no need to go upstairs as all of his accommodation is laid out downstairs, for example). Many thanks
