Interest on non-UK government bond

Hi, does any interest on non-UK government bonds count towards the personal savings allowance or should this be report in the foreign section? Thanks.

Hi ,
 
As foreign income it should be on the foreign page but as its interest it is

also part of the savings allowance for tax purposes .
