Expenses when working through an umbrella company inside IR35

Hi I recently worked a short term contract assignment in the Public Sector that required me to purchase some additional IT equipment (laptop etc.). It was a'remote' working from home contract. The end hirer was a Local Council and I worked through an umbrella company inside IR35. Will I be able to claim for the IT equipment as well as the working from home allowance on P87? Thanks
