Bank not reporting interest

Hello, I have just received my P800 tax calculation for the year 2023/24 and the amount of tax owed from interest is incorrect. Comparing the amount quoted for untaxed interest with my records, it is likely than one bank has not reported interest to HMRC. Is it possible to see the breakdown of untaxed interest online (to compare with my records), or do I have to request this in writing?
