Hello, I would appreciate some advice to do my tax return. I work in multinational company which operates in various countries. Between November 2022 and April 2023 I worked in UK. Since April 2023, I was relocated from UK to Spain, where I have my current tax residence. When I started working in UK, I received a package of Restricted Stock Units (RSU) which vests over four years. However, every time that the original RSUs are vested, the UK branh of the company still withholds certain part to pay taxes in UK on my behalf. As a consequence, I have to do the 23/24 tax return. My questions are: 1. Since I am neither non-resident nor domiciled in UK (Spain in my only current tax residence), can I use the normal self-assessment tax return or should I proceed throught the non-resident tax return (form SA109)? 2. I have not received any P60 at the end of the year. Since I don't have P60, should I use the figures provided in the payslip? 3. I have no other employment in UK. Actually, I am full-time employee in Spain. How should I declare this? E.g. employment income? If it is empolyment income, can I then use the normal self-assessment tax return? Many thanks. BR, Jesus M Alvarez.
