Saving interest from HSBC expat

I have done the check on HMRC website showing that I don't need to do self assessment. And I read some threads on the forum that I don't need to do anything if the saving interest is from UK bank. But the my saving interest is from HSBC expat. So do I still need to inform HMRC about the interest? If yes, what should I do now? As I cannot find any options in my personal tax account can do this Thank you
