car benefit tax

I worked for a company for 195 days, and I had a company car. However, it seems I am not getting relief from only having the car for half the year. Is that the case? It does not seem fair.

Your PAYE code number should have been adjusted to account for the fact that you only had the benefit of a Company Car for 195 days - you should contact HMRC direct if you feel that this has not happened -
