Hi, Can someone please assist me and provide instructions on how to generate a report from HMRC Basic Tools, showing the total gross pay to date, as well as any tax and deductions etc?

Hi Louise,
You can print off the payslip from the last payment for the employee. The user guide is here:
 4. Paying your employees and calculating the deductions.

Just updated to the new Basic PAYE tools and apparently you can no longer print off screen but can only create PDF and print from there . Have they gone mad , that you have to do all this to print off each individual payslip etc. Why is HMRC making it even more difficult to operate correctly
