Can one pay National Insurance contributions if they are in full time employment in the EU

I have a question regarding voluntary national insurance contributions from the EU. I have been working full-time in the UK for 2 years now. I recently received an offer to work for one of the EU intergovernmental agencies starting from August 2025. Would I be able to pay voluntary NI contributions once I am an employee in the EU provided that I have been in full time employment in the UK prior to leaving England?
