Employee's NI Contribution and Online Tax Assesment

Hi, I received P60 which shows 3 critical figures (i.e. annual employee's NI contribution (class 1) , annual pay and annual tax deducted). These 3 figures did not overlap with each other. When I logon online tax assessment especially employment section in the portal, I cannot find any input field related to NI contribution. I am worried if my net income is over estimated in tax assesment, Thanks.
