CF83 by post and online

Hello, I would like to know if I can send this form both online and by post.
Also the address reported it is not connected to a city in the UK and the shipment company here in Italy where I live doesn't accept it.

The best way to submit your CF83 application form to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions whilst overseas, is online. However, if you would prefer to post your CF83 form to us, our address is:
