Hi, I sold a hong kong property this year at loss, the fund I received stay with my parents in hong kong, it is not remitted and will never remitted to the UK. I am a UK non-domicile, do i need to file a self assessment even there's no extra income and no capital gain tax?

Hi,
If you are non dom & do not bring the income into the uk then you will not need to complete a tax return form.
The guidance is here:
Tax on foreign income
Thank you.
