I am a non-UK resident landlord, and my letting agent has been deducting overseas tax since 2022. However, I haven’t used my personal allowance during this time. Is it possible to reclaim tax for the past three years? Also, which form should I use? I understand that the R43 form is for rental income under £2,500. Thanks!

Hi Karen L,
The relevant information is on our website here:
Claim personal allowances and tax refunds if you live abroad (R43)
The R43 is to claim your personal allowance.
Thank you
