Morning all Yesterday, the NCTS validation was turned on and we have had to change our authorisation ref to a postcode, which is fine. But now, my MRN has been allocated for nearly and hour and a half now. Other authorised consignors are experiencing this also. NCTS saying nothing wrong? Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,
Since the recent updates on NCTS, traders need to ensure they are entering details exactly as shown on the documents including lower/upper cases and spaces. For more information please contact: New Computerised Transit System.
