Dear HMRC Support Team, I am reaching out regarding the process of obtaining my Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number. I have established a limited company in the UK using a software platform, and I am operating from a virtual office. I am not a UK citizen, and I do not reside in the UK. When completing the Self Assessment tool, I received a message indicating that I may be exempt from taxes, but I plan to exceed the VAT threshold with sales starting from the new year. Due to my current situation, I do not have access to postal services and I am unable to receive the UTR number via mail. I would like to know if there is a possibility to obtain my UTR number online. Could you please advise on the next steps to proceed? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi
You will automatically be sent a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) when you:
Set up a limited company:
This will be sent to the registered office address, you could use the UK registered office of your Ltd company for your personal UTR.
Thank you.
