Let's say a company has less than £25,000 reserves on strike off and they are going to distribute this evenly to shareholders. Can a shareholder (who is also director) opt out of receiving their capital distributions? And what would be the process for this?

Hi ,

That would be financial advice and outside the remit of HMRC

you should contact an agent or financial adviser .

Thank you .
