I am filling the CT600 for our nail studio ltd business and have encountered some issues despite having looked at the "CT600 Guide". We have annual accounting costs which I understand is tax-deductible. Which box on the CT600 does this expense go on? We also have a business insurance including public liability which is tax deductible. Which box on the CT600 does this expense go on? We are using our home as the office for the company and have been advised that we can claim the HMRc flat rate of £6 per week as tax deductible in the tax return. Which box on the CT600 does this go on? Finally, which box do capital allowances, such as a nail drill in oru case, on the CT600? Many thanks for your help!

Hi ,

The deductible expenses you have describe are included in the account, you should then transfer this figure to your computation to
get your taxable profit This figure is used in 155 and 165. and include any deductible expenses.

The capital allowances are placed into a boxes between 690 and 751 depending on the type of allowance.

You may need to see a tax advisor to help you complete the return if you are still struggling.

Thank you .
